The location is fantastic and very central. The cleaners were very friendly and helpful.
When we arrived, we paid extra for early check-in which was supposed to be between 11am and 1:30pm. We didn’t get in until 1:45pm which was quite the hassle since we were with a kid. And had it not been for the cleaner I don’t know how we would have reached them since they weren’t picking up the phone. There was another option which cost less from 1:30pm to 3pm. We should have been reimbursed for this but weren’t. The beds were also super uncomfortable and could hardly be called mattresses.

The location and the ease of getting in and out of the property without a key was great. The unit was very nice and clean. The bedding was very comfortable.
The AC did not work well and it is in a very loud neighborhood so leaving the window open at night made it very loud.

The facilities and location were incredible, as was the customer service, felt instantly welcome.

It is in close proximity to the parts of Madrid I like to visit, close to nightlife and shopping. Clean, friendly staff at the door and maintaining the space.
Lots of noise, both from the street and other rooms. Although I knew it would have a digital key card to access the room, I find those a bit annoying. Room cramped and furniture isn’t the most comfortable. I guess I would be less judgmental had it been budget prices, but for what they charge, I could have found a better hotel room elsewhere.
