The location and the rooms
We’re comfortable and spacious . Also great decor. Also special mention to Griseld who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful
Shower hot water inconsistent and some staff appeared miserable. Couldn’t crack a smile if their life depended on it

Great location and comfortable bed
Some of the staff are miserable which I find so unlike Spanish people who are generally very welcoming. A smile here and there wouldn’t go astray and the hot water in the shower was very inconsistent.
