It's a charming small hotel next to the English gardens in the heart of Schwabing district. The street is very quiet and the location is perfect.
The WiFi was weak and the breakfast was rather basic

LOVED the location.
Room was simple and had access to a big shaded quiet balcony----perfect for recuperating from jet lag.
The restaurant right around the corner and of course the English Garden right there: fantastic.
a small gym with a stationary bike for my partner would have been great
