The double room we stayed in was spacious, modern and fitted out to a good standard. There was a large-screen TV in the room with a lot of channels. Only a couple of English-language channels, though. There was a free-to-use safe, mini fridge and hair dryer in the room, as well as a tea and coffee making station. You need to get drinking water from fountains located near the lifts, with a provided glass bottle. Our room had a nice balcony which could fit two people. There were two chairs and a small table.
The hotel is located quite near to the Nordfriedhof U6 underground station, making it really easy to travel around Munich. The bus stop for the Lufthansa Express, which goes to the airport, is also nearby, so we found the hotel to be very well located, even if it is a little outside the centre.
There is a cafe and supermarket located in the same complex, and some other stores located nearby.
Breakfast is a little expensive. We didn't include it as part of the room deal as we were not going to be there every day for it. The reception offered to add it at €25 per person as we were checking in. If you arrive at the restaurant and just pay for breakfast on one day, it is €31, and I found this to be quite excessive. The range of food available is good and high quality, but I feel €31 is too expensive.
The Pullman is a quite large hotel, so there can be a bit of a walk from the lift to your room. It is worth keeping this in mind if mobility is an issue.

Was overcharged for breakfast but could be regulated on notification @ the reception.

Location is superb and the breakfast was very decent. Front desks staff are nice and helpful but don’t expect anyone to help you with your luggage. Not sure how this is a 4 star. Feels
More like a decent 3 star.
Beware that we walk to and from the elevator can be incredibly long depending on where your room is. If uou want breakfast and it’s not includ d in your room price you need to make sure you order the night before. Otherwise it costs €62 for two persons (10 more than if you book the night before). Also cleanliness of the room is so so. You need to request for room cleaning and even if you do there is only making the bed and vacuuming the floor. There was a good cm of dust on my lamp.
