Location in a lively neighbourhood a bit outside of the Munich city centre but close to the Englisher Garten; spacious and clean rooms
The pillows on the bed did not give sufficient head support and mattresses were quite hard; the room felt a bit empty and not so cosy as we thought on the basis of the pictures

The location, the bike rental, the spa and hot tub, breakfast was excellent and our room was really nice.
No shampoo or conditioner. The pillows.

Great breakfast. Lots of choices and well prepared. Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.
Room was sound proof except for door. Could here party-goers coming home in the hallway. Maybe a room further down the hall would have been quieter.

Location is very good and centric, a few meters from buses and metro station. ALso the neighbourhood is one of the nicest in Munich. Also staff was very friendly.
We were assigned a "Junior Suite" class of room. The room was OK and modern but it lacked good pillows, the toilet room was very small in contrast with the large separated bath and shower room. The suit is in the upper floor and it does not have good isolation from the noise generated by machines no the roof.
All in all not a good deal for the price. As for a Junior suite class it does not offer a mini bar due to "company policy" (basically no mini-bars in any room).
Breakfast quality was good but the space is limited when it comes to the busy hours.
