The staff were absolutely amazing. So helpful especially the gentleman who checked us in. Nothing was too much.

The location is great for exploring Hemel Hempstead, and playing golf at the local clubs…

Easy to access. Plenty of parking. Large bed and clean. Good shower. A nice cooked to order breakfast and buffet pastries and juice.
I wasn’t expecting doors to some rooms being external - like a motel.

Some rooms have outside access.
Fire doors end of the corridor left open.
Despite mentioning it, they were left open.
Mugs could be cleaner. No tv remote in room, called for one. Mattress uncomfortable, felt used/dipped!
