The property is okay apart from the shower it can’t make its mind off of it hot or cold. I think you might need to change the head as well. It just trickles out like really slow.
Well, you’ve got some rooms that are on a walkway and you guys had put me in one of them when I rang up in the week saying can I have a room overlooking the car park and it was wrong when I got there so I asked this lovely lady, young lady I can’t remember her name and she changed her room for me so I had a lovely night sleep no noise

Simple hotel, but everything one needed was there.

Difficulty to access the room with code sent, however was sorted quickly with a phone call.

Been here multiple times and all the rooms bar this one was great.
Room 25 TV never worked, faulty signal, shower head kept sliding down regardless if switched on or off. A lot of the paint has peeled, wood to the shower looked rotten. Mould on the ceiling and grout - quite disappointed with this stay this time round. This was the worst room I have stayed in at the Penny. As it has always been a go to whenever I venture to Berko
