Room was kind of small.
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Good food and excellent staff. The room was comfortable but a smoking area outside the window did mean that smoke infiltrated the room despite windows not being open.
No body wash / lotions in the bathroom. Windows opened onto a smoking area.

It’s a beautiful old building with incredible views. Nice breakfast and a great location for travelling into London without having to stay there
The shower wasn’t clean and the toilet seat and flush were broken. It was just a bit shabby and a lot of the staff were very unfriendly and miserable
