The closeness to the train station and a very good breakfast.
There were areas in the bathroom that needed a better cleaning and the bathtub had a missing part.
The bed were two singles joined that slided apart very easily.
Very cold floors.

The property is located right across the train station which is s very convenient if you are doing day trips in the Emilia Romana area. Also it is a very short walk away from pedonal comercial area. The room was modern, beds confortable, has a very cute bar. And staff were friendly.
There were a couple of homeless people sleeping on the street at night. Which felt a little unsafe.

Great location right opposite the station, very handy for the airport monorail.
A short walk to the old town with lots to see on the way

Great location, check in staff and breakfast
Aircon in room didnt work, set at 28 degrees and wdnt go below 25. Was overbearing. We had to switch it off and open the window….fine but then every time we left the room staff must have come in, closed the window and reset the vv hot aircon! Argh!
