Clean, tidy, helpful, friendly, fantastic staff, lovely breakfast, great location, glazing that works (😉); fridge and security-safe in room really useful too.
Grazie per esservi presi cura di noi.
A simple, little thing - a hook or shelf in the shower to put gels on.

Really was the perfect hotel for us, the staff were great, our room was very comfortable and the location in the centre of Bologna meant we had easy access to everywhere.

Warm welcome from the reception staff.
Great location close to everything. The street of restaurants is just around the corner.
Reasonably quiet given its busy location, mainly due to the triple glazing.
Excellent breakfast with lots of choice.
Breakfast was exceptionally busy around 8.30/9am and as a result there was very limited space in the small breakfast area.

The location.
There was no elevator and breakfast was very ordinary.
