The hotel was great! The staff were really wonderful and willing to answer questions. One staff member walked me all the way to an ATM to help me out. I loved the central location and ability to access public transportation easily and walk around the city pretty easily. It was close to many places especially center of the city.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. The breakfast was very German and had items that I had to get used to and every day the items were the same but that's not an issue.

The location and rooms were very good.
I asked for a double bed, but I received a room with 2 united beds and the middle gap between beds annoyed me.

The hotel itself is cosy, breakfast was tasty, the location is pretty good.
The main issue was that I asked for double bed but it was two separate beds that were not staying together. Most hotel do it, and even two matresses without the topper is ok, but the beds have to be pulled together and kept together. Here a hole was forming between.

Normal rooms, location is ok.
There is not available tea and coffee in the room. For me it is old school.. especially in winter period. Coffee costs 5 eur in hotel bar.
