It was very close to the central station, very nice staff, and a lovely room that didn't feel cramped. This was my first visit to Berlin and staying at this hotel helped make it a great one.

Location, great room.
Check in was self check in which was a bit fiddly and staff were not very organised.

It’s a hotel I wouldn’t recommend. It is just like an Ibis - same quality of beds, sheets, towels and shower - but with a very high price. So it is bad value for money. Breakfast is excellent, but since it is not included, you can just go there and pay for it. It is not possible to evaluate staff because you don’t really get in touch with almost anybody - it’s self check-in/check-out and there is one person asking for your room number when you go to breakfast. Location is handy - right by the train station, which makes it easy to get transportation. However, the area is not interesting.
