Great host, she was very accomodating of our late arrival and made amazing breakfasts each morning. The room was cosy and the location is perfect. 2 minutes down the road and you’re in the heart of the Old Town. Incredible views too from the rooms upstairs.
The wifi wasn’t great, but not the end of the world as everything else was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Betlemi Old Town Hotel. The room was incredibly clean and cosy with a very comfortable bed. The views from the terrace are absolutely incredible with a great view of Tbilisi old town. The owner was so friendly and helpful, and helped arrange an airport transfer for us which we really appreciated as our flight landed early in the morning. They also made a fantastic fresh breakfast in the morning which was delicious. The hotel is located in/near the Sololaki district with lots of great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and is a short walk to the old town area. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back on our next trip to Tbilisi.

The guesthouse has a great view down to the city and the evenings up on the terrace are wonderful. The breakfasts were great.
The rooms and bathrooms are a bit old style.
