The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Most staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, especially Nino and Maka.
One of the receptionists was not really warm and sociable. We were on the first floor and received too much weekend and late-night noise.

The best thing about Sharden Hotel is its location. Situated in the heart of Old Town, it is within walking distance of many popular attractions. The hotel is also conveniently located near restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery, and souvenir shops.
Since the hotel is on a lively street, I expected it to be noisy at night, but surprisingly, it was quiet, and I was able to sleep well.
The room was decent for the price and had everything I needed, including towels, a toothbrush, toothpaste, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, and slippers. There was also a kettle and a cup in the room, so I could make coffee whenever I wanted.
The hotel offers a buffet breakfast for 30 GEL, which I think is reasonably priced, considering that eating at a restaurant outside could cost almost the same for just one or two dishes.
I also appreciated that the hotel accepts card payments. This is especially convenient for travellers who prefer not to carry a lot of cash.
I would also like to thank the staff for accommodating my request for a room on a lower floor. Since I was travelling alone and had heavy luggage, I really appreciated their consideration.
I don’t have any negative thing to say about my stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and the hotel met my expectations for its price.

The location was perfect, we could visit everything we wanted on foot. There were many shops and great restaurants and cafes right outside. The room was super spacious with an amazing view. Breakfast offered a good selection of foods. And the staff was just lovely!

Location was great.
Kitchen and cleaning staff were great.
Reception staff (except one) were pretty average.
The hotel management is hopeless.
The fact that the air conditioning broke down within an hr of our arrival and it took them two days to fix it.
The carpet in the room looked like hadn’t been properly cleaned for years.
