Everything was great. The place is clean and comfortable, the staff is nice and welcoming. Also the breakfast is good.

I felt very welcomed by the owner who seems to take care of the quests 24/7.
Wonderful breakfast, lovely selection and variation of food
Rooms are small, but good organized and very clean.
We were constantly asked if we need anything and if everything is fine, which I found very caring.
Lovely lunch box was made for us, as we left earlier that breakfast started
Not really a minus, but be aware that property doesn’t have elevator and you might need to carry your 25kg+ luggage in narrow staircases

We had a wonderful stay here; everything was incredibly clean and organised. The beds were very comfortable too. Breakfast was simple yet delicious, the perfect start to the day. Mariam went above and beyond for us and was a wonderful host, which made it extra special. We are very glad to have been here for our first nights in Georgia. Thank you!

Not a problem for us, but there were lots of stairs to our room. Something to be aware of if you have a large suitcase - you can request to book a room on a lower floor.

Great location within walking distance of Tbilisi city centre.
Unfortunately we had items of clothing stolen from an area to which the public had access. We had left them out to dry. When we reported this to the owner she was extremely unpleasant and did not offer any assistance. There is CCTV on the premises which she could have checked.
