Enjoyed our stay great location for exploring Monopoli near the harbour and major attractions spotless clean and good communication answered and queries quickly.
Stairs is quiet narrow if you have a lot of luggage would recommend 1st floor. Having said that I would return.

Location, staff and cleanliness.
Shower is on small side for large people.

The bedroom space was comfortable to be in. It was a short walk to anywhere in the old town.
The kitchen sink area wasn’t very clean. I washed any mugs, glasses etc before using as they didn’t look clean.
The shower recess needs the grouting cleaned. The sink is too large for the space, making it very hard to dry yourself after a shower.
There were a few cockroaches, one fell from the ceiling in the bedroom into a glass of water on the bedside table.
