Rosella at Le Contrade Dimore Pugliesi was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we booked, the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They contacted us well before our arrival, asked about our bed preferences, kept us informed leading up to our trip, and made the entire check-in process seamless.
When we arrived, they were waiting for us and immediately made us feel at home. They gave us excellent recommendations for parking, restaurants, and things to do in the area. Their customer service was truly exceptional—without a doubt some of the best I’ve ever experienced. They genuinely cared about making our stay perfect, and it showed in every interaction.
The room itself was absolutely charming. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly cozy. I loved the authentic Puglian architecture, which gave the property so much character while still feeling modern. Everything was new, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. My room overlooked one of the charming little streets, and waking up to that sweet view each morning made the experience even more special.
The location was my favorite part. It was perfect for exploring the historic center while still feeling peaceful and authentic. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Le Contrade Dimore Pugliesi to anyone visiting Monopoli. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

The set-up for the room was definitely interesting. Right at the front entrance there's a landing area to put your bags and a little coffee counter, and the bathroom. The bedroom was up a very narrow set of circular stairs. The quarters were set up nicely considering the vertical layout, but we found it a bit tight. Going down those stairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night would not be ideal if you're not very able bodied.
The staff was over the top wonderful, helpful and communicative and the location of the room was amazing.

Very nice, ocean view, in old town, with tons of restaurants. Staff are friendly, responsive. The place has all the amenities. Highly recommended

We had an amazing stay and our view from the room was absolutely stunning. The photos don’t make justice and need to be seen in person. Staff was supernice and helpful as well.
