Excellent location to explore the town. Comfy bed, quiet and the roof terrace is a bonus!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, the accommodation was comfortable and clean, and it worked perfectly for our family. The hosts were fantastic, very friendly, welcoming, and family-oriented, which made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended
Everything was great overall. The only small improvement would be to add felt pads underneath the chairs, as they were quite noisy when moved.

Lovely, clean and quiet room centrally located in the old town of Monopoli. Hosts were very welcoming and provided a nice breakfast in the morning. Monopoli is beautiful, lots to see and the guest house is close to the train and bus for day trips. It was nice to meet an Italian family who were so hospitable.

Antonio & Rosanna were excellent hosts who are clearly proud of their lovely home. The room was big & super comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. There is a beautiful roof terrace with plenty of seating & tables. From our room on the 2nd floor, I counted 48 steps, but worth it. The location (as the name suggests) is just around the corner from the beautiful cathedral & close to restaurants, bars & beaches.
We had a family room (for 2) with a small kitchen area. However, while there were mugs & a kettle, there were no teabags (we don't drink coffee). There was also a hob, but nothing to cook with, which didn't concern us as we wouldn't have used it, but it may be an issue for others. We brought some food back to the room for lunch, but the cupboards in the kitchen (& downstairs breakfast area) were locked so we had no access to plates & cutlery. I'm sure it would have been provided if we'd asked but we didn't want to disturb our hosts.
