Please note that Expedia stated that there is a seasonal outdoor pool at Palazzo Kapace and a hot tub. This is incorrect and there is only a small hot tub. We had a problem with a vibrating noise in our room as we were under the boiler for the hot tub and did not sleep at all well the first night and would have moved out. In fairness to the owner, she sorted it out very efficiently so we stayed.

Our first time visiting Monopoli and we're so happy we booked Palazzo Kapece for our stay! Firstly, Ilenia is the best host you could ask for. I was dealing with her prior to our arrival as we were celebrating my partner's 40th birthday, so she helped me with acquiring balloons and rose petals for the room, which was amazing by the way! She met us with a friendly smile where we were getting dropped off by our transfer, which helped a lot as we definitely would've got lost if she wasn't around!
The room itself was gorgeous. We stayed in the Camera Matrimoniale Gelso Rosa suite and we were surprised how quiet it was despite being on the ground floor, and centre of Monopoli. I could imagine that if there was a festival or something, it would've been different but we were lucky enough that the area was quiet! It was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Both my partner and I loved it. We were also very close to everything which was amazing!
We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Monopoli.

I only stayed for one night, but I had a really nice stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and had a nice atmosphere. Everything was good and I would definitely stay here again.
