I didn't have any food at the hotel, so I can't comment on the dining experience. However, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive to both me and my friend. They went above and beyond to help us with everything throughout our stay.
The only issue we experienced was with the shower drain, which began to smell quite unpleasant after use and also caused some flooding. However, the staff were very quick to come and investigate the problem and resolve it.
What truly stood out to me, though, was the exceptional kindness and dedication of the hotel staff when my friend lost her bracelet, which held a great deal of sentimental value to her. We later realised that we had accidentally thrown it away in our bedroom bin. When I explained the situation to the receptionist, they were incredibly understanding and immediately went out of their way to help.
The receptionist personally took me down to the staff-only area where the bins were kept and arranged for the housekeeping team to search through all the rubbish bins that had been collected from the floor we were staying on. Despite how difficult and time-consuming this must have been, they searched tirelessly and, to our absolute relief, **they managed to find the bracelet!**
I genuinely cannot thank the staff enough for their patience, kindness, time, effort and support. They could have easily dismissed the situation, but instead, they treated it with such care and understanding. Their willingness to go to such lengths to help us meant more than I can express, and it really reflects the exceptional level of service this hotel provides.
The location is also fantastic! The hotel is situated right in the heart of Beijing, with shopping malls, popular attractions and plenty of places to explore nearby, making it extremely convenient.
Overall, I am beyond pleased with my experience at this hotel. **I have already stayed here twice, and I will absolutely be returning again very soon!
just the bathroom management but everything else was way too good so the good will always outweigh the bad.

It was a very clean and nice big size room. The staff are extremely helpful and they answered in every request very quickly. The hotel is close to the Metro station. It was a pleasant stay 🙂

Las habitaciones amplias y el desayuno occidental
La falta de amabilidad de los recepcionistas, sin ganas de ayudar y tuvimos que pagar el desayuno cuando estaba incluido en la reserva, según ellos es por persona en vez de por habitación.
