Staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast choices were awesome. We loved our spacious room, with a jacuzzi and great views of the city.
The option of a packed breakfast for very early starters would have been useful.

We truly enjoyed our recent stay here and would like to give special thanks to Golden from the Guest Service Centre. We reached out in advance with a special early check-in request, as my wife was unwell and we arrived very early from the airport. Golden listened carefully to our situation, was incredibly patient, considerate and helpful throughout the whole communication. Although early check-in could not be guaranteed, Golden clearly explained the hotel policy, took down our request and kept us posted once the room was ready.

Like the room size but everything in the old are old and worn out.
Nothing, the entire interior is dark and gloomy.
