I would like to make special mention of the young woman on reception on Saturday afternoon.
I went down to ask if there was a shower still I could have and she went out of her way to find a solution to the issue.
She and a colleague found a plastic chair which she delivered to my room for me.
I didn’t get her name but her help was excellent.
The hotel was obviously close to the stock car race track and the noise from there was loud on Saturday night.
