Our family room was so beautiful, the beds were auper comfy, the space was big enough for our kids toys and essentials and for us to relax and hang out, it was incredibly perfect in every aspect

Nice place to stay.

Only a short walk into the CBD. The inhouse restaurant provides another option for dinner and also provided a great cooked breakfast in the morning. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The rainy weather wasn't great but not much can be done about that! :-)

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful and also the cleaning staff were very pleasant.
The location is very handy to walk to town, restaurants and supermarkets, and across the road from the events centre.
The small kitchenette had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch.
Our room had a bad smell, like old cooking smells. Our bathroom smelled terribly of mildew, it was coming from the shower curtain. We bought some room deodorizer spray but it didn't seem to help much. Out toilet seat wasn't attached properly, and the fan in the bathroom was broken.
One of the single beds in the bedroom had something broken in it, you could feel a bar coming through the mattress.
Unfortunately the restaurant was shut for repairs so we couldn't use it.
