The pillows were comfortable. The bed was a nice size. The TV had great channels.

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the kind, efficient and friendly staff member. Love our clean room.

I stayed in one of your newly renovated rooms and it was lovely. The décor was very stylish, and room layout was great with the bench seat couch against the wall. The bathroom was also very sleek & modern.
The foyer of the hotel could do with an update.

Location was handy. Day staff were friendly and accommodating.
Old and run down. Definitely not a 4 star, would have been good had I been looking for a 3 star accommodation.
It was noisy and at 1am in the morning I could still hear the TV of the room next door. I phoned reception and was recommended to get toilet paper and put it in my ears to block out the sound.
