Perfect location, everything you need is within walking distance. The beds are comfortable, the room was clean and offered everything we needed. Having the kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, the spa bath was an added bonus.

The location is perfect. It's clean and tidy. Just what you need after a day out watching sports.

Location to city centre good
The room, #17, was very very noisy with boy racers up and down the street until the early hours of the morning.
