Decor was excellent - very nice.
Air conditioning did not work - apparently because it was now officially winter!
Had to change rooms as the towel rail also did not work.
Food offering was very poor - Seemingly pre-prepared then reheated but never more than warm and then served ona cold metal plate - very strange.

Straightforward high quality corporate hotel with good transportation access for Berlin via Gesundbrunnen Station.
They closed the hotel bar early and sent me next door to the Moxy.

Near the center and train station
The ice box has gathered dust which needed some cleaning
Apart from that it was really a clean property
The air conditioner wasn’t functioning.
For that, the staff was really apologetic about it and gave us refreshments.

It’s Marriott and the title should carry the volume. So I booked it for conveniences, comfort and cleanliness (triple C). However, the convenience and comfort were not there because during the hottest days in the middle of summer, their AC was not working and the rooms were hot and stifling. Unfortunately, the reimbursement was not easy since the Booking decided not to get involved. Very disappointing on their part.
That for five nights they couldn’t fix the AC!!!!
