The room was suitable for my needs but then I am a minimalist. The temperature was perfect for me but then again I like cooler. The bed was perfectly suitable to sleep in and so was the bathroom for my everyday usage.
The bed was on wheels so it moved and danced around at the slightest movement. The shower mixer tap was reversed so the default position was pulled out/away from the wall and full pressure was close to the wall, opposite of the default.

The location was excellent for where i was working, the staff were very helpful and gave good reccomendations for evening meals local to the hotel, even suggestions of places for a drink and to watch sports on the tv. Breafast was great I had the 3 egg omlette which i very much enjoyed.

The room was perfect for me travelling for work. A great sized desk and the bed was so comfy. The staff were all amazing very on the ball and over efficient and attentive. Great hotel fabulous staff first class service. What is not to like. I was talking to the staff for a while and nothing was to much effort Thank you for a great service and i will see you again.
To be honest there was very little to dislike. The area was very central to shops food and amenities. I took a walk to the shop and back in 10 mins.

The staff were all very friendly, helpful and kind. They really are a credit to the hotel. The location is on a lovely terrace in the West End of Glasgow so very handy for visiting students, or reunions.
The hotel is a touch dated and needs some attention.
