Breakfast was very good lots of choice and the staff were very attentive.
It would have been nice to have a bigger area for kettle, TV and hairdryer because there was only two sockets one of which the phone was plugged into so therefore only one item available to be used at a time.

Was located in a nice area of Glasgow. Staff were friendly. Place was clean.
Was quite a distance from the city centre. Had to use ubers to and from a lot. But thats just me. You could also walk 40 minutes if preferred.
The room i was in (room 10) was located below on floor zero. Seemed it was the only room down there along with the kitchen. All night you can hear the lift being activated up and down and sounds quite loud. My room in particular very small. Big chair in there next to bed making me have to climb over it to get to the bathroom. Bathroom also tiny. Shower was weird. Would go boiling hot to freezing cold every couple of seconds. Place was nice but room 10 is a no go for me.
