Generally clean and comfortable. Very well situated for me. Good shower comfortable bed and pillows.
Dirty toilet brush, immediately replaced upon complaint with brush that was not actually dirty but discoloured. Brushes ne ed to be disinfected with bleach for hygiene as well as appearance reasons. Would have liked plain yoghurt and free range eggs for breakfast.

The location was good for me as I was attending a conference nearby
There was no heating in the bathroom which made it very chilly. I imagine this could be a much bigger issue in the winter. The heating in the room was tricky too. The radiator was hard to put on, took quite a long time to warm up and then seemed to be an “all or nothing” affair. The room was small At over £100 per night for room only I thought this was rather expensive.
