The Albion was the perfect location, quiet for where it is and a great night's sleep. They also held my bags for me as my transportation was well after check-out, which was a great service! Thank you.

Quiet room with comfortable bed. Good location.
There is no handrail on the stairs on the side one walks ( the wide side ) only on the narrow side. That fact together with the swirly, camouflage pattern of the carpet made the stairs very unsafe for an older person.

The location was very handy, near the subway. The nearby shopping street was filled with independent stores and good restaurants. The bed was very good, with nice pillows. They had already opened a window, as it was unusually warm for Oct. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The cooked breakfast was very disappointing. I love a cooked breakfast, but I got a coffee and a croissant at a shop nearby, as the breakfast was tasteless and nearly inedible. I'm not difficult at all with my food, but this was high on the list of the worst food I've ever had.

Staff were friendly and it was a great location - right next to the subway station and good food and drink establishments.
The hotel states there is parking... that is not the case. Do NOT drive your car to this hotel as parking overnight in near impossible (Unless you stay Friday night until Monday morning as street parking is free and unlimited). There is one small car park nearby that allows you to park overnight, however it fills up and has very poor reviews. Street parking is limited to 3 hours week days and the Kelvinbridge car park does not allow overnight stay. I had to drive out past Maryhill Road (beyond the parking regulation zone) to street park for free and then walk just under half an hour back to the hotel.
As for the hotel, the decor, fittings and beds are clean but dated. The bed wasn't very supportive. Doors were very thin and could hear reception and others talking from across the corridor from our room.
