There is a comfortable feel to this hotel, that is immediately apparent. The staff are brilliant. Just one chap on overnight and superbly helpful. It was a real warm welcome. Terrific location too. Breakfast was great. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We found the accommodation very comfortable and enjoyed the garden setting. Staff were exceptional and it felt like we were staying with friends
I would like to see more options on the breakfast menu

The hotel is set in lovely well maintained grounds within walking distance of Usk. The hotel itself is also well presented and comfortable but the highlight is the dining room with excellent food and lovely waiting staff. A definite place to recommend.
Nothing really - a charging point would be welcome.

Okay but more thought needed for allergies at breakfast
Rooms were unbearably hot. When we arrived all widows were closed and curtains open. Had to leave the room for hours to cool down
