Big spacious immaculate rooms, nice vibe at the bar, nice breakfast. Very clean. Loads of free parking.
Nothing. I guess for some the fact that its a bit out of town may be an issue. But i knew the address when i booked and was specifically in sheffield for the utilita arena. So it worked for me. Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was excellent.
Receptionist had an attitude. We were initially given a room at the back of the hotel where there were shipping containers being moved arpund in the evening. I asked the receptionist if the noise would continue through the night and she said maybe. I asked for another room and while we were eventually given one (after her saying she had none available) her attitude was unsympathetic and unhelpful, shrugging her shoulders and asking "what do you expect me to do". Unacceptable and unprofessional for front of house. All other staff were excellent, espevially the cleaner.
