Location /price & staff brilliant . Loads of hot water which makes a difference. Helpful staff.
Shower head was a waste of time. Lashings of hot water but a useless shower head.
The room was a good size & clean but the carpets let it down.

Having stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions due to business, work travel over the past few years; I consider this Ibis among my favourite hotels in Sheffield where I have stayed. Warm, comfortable, rooms of a good size and reliability. Excellent breakfast buffet choices and relaxed surroundings, Adequate facilities in the room and a very comfortable bed. Hotel has a good location for access to Sheffield main train station, city central access and the nearby overlooked Quayside
On most occasions in the hotel, hospitality sector at the moment, the staff are competent, organised but usually delivering a basic customer service with a minimal level of happy faces and upbeat moods. Guess if it all works it all works.

Good location, accessible to the city and easy to get taxi from. The bed and the bathroom were clean.
There is basically no parking. Don’t be fooled by the mention of 50% discount at Q park. They only have so many places which of course sell out and you pay a fortune. £24 for less than 12 hours.
I found someone else’s clothes in my room which made me wonder how thorough the cleaning was.
