Guy at the front desk was excellent
Really helpful and friendly
Felt very welcome
Room was massive
Poor was great
Restaurant food was really good…. Nice play area for the kids whilst they waited
Free food for the kids was massive bonus
Quite dated interior
Staff front of house were excellent…. In the leisure centre… they were really unhelpful and abrupt
Windows need replacing urgently… especially seeing as hotel is on main road…. Noice was pretty bad

Large comfy bed, good size rooms.
Pillows weren't great, kettle didn't switch off, lamps didn't work, no tissues in holder. No fridge.
