The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to public transport and the main attractions in Edinburgh.
Despite booking a room with a double bed, I was allocated an accessible room with two single beds instead. This was disappointing, as the room did not match my reservation or my expectations. I would have appreciated being informed in advance or offered a room that matched my booking.

Checked in a little earlier and when checking out let me leave my bags there until I was ready to collect.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Area was perfect for me.

Location… really liked a room with a window
Not keen on internal rooms

The location and the staff are super. Easy to move anywhere around and beyond Edinburg. Well connected via Scottish Rail, Tram and Bus
The room is too small for two persons staying more than 3 days, not convenient at all with big luggages
