Breakfast was pricey
Breakfast was pricey for what was offered. Coffee wasn’t the best but hey we were in Japan so to be e expected

Location, comfort, proximity to the tube and the city centre, exceptional cleanliness, breakfast.
All was excellent. Nevertheless, the staff at the reception should have been more knowledgeable and better trained to offer assistance in English. During our stay, Tokyo was hit by Typhoon No 25, and the reception staff was not able to assist us in assessing whether access to the airport by train was feasible.

The hotel and its room were clean and well stocked. Free green tea within the room and guests receive free prepared green tea or matcha at the reception bar of a morning. The staff are friendly and attentive and even their choice of incense and in-room toiletries are of an exceptional standard.
Nothing - a superb standard and clean throughout with attentive and friendly staff.
