Good location in a quieter part of Tokyo with friendly and helpful staff.
Some more washing machines would be helpful as it was hard to find a free one with only two machines for the whole hotel.

Really great location, not far from 2 metro stations. Yet on a nice quiet street. Beautiful inside and love the libraries on each floor. Amenities were gorgeous and bed was super comfortable!

The location was great and the staff was great.
The rooms were very small as was the bathroom, the hotel was also very worn and we found a cockroach in our bathroom.
