Perfect location close to shopping and park area. Luxury Tokyo hotel from 1980-90.

The location was excelent. The room was spacious. Breakfast was fantastic.
there was a pool on the list of the facilities and the pictures. Turned out, it was in another building, and we had to pay for it. misleading.

Location was good, the Hotel was nice and the High Tea was lovely.
The checkin process was the worst I’ve experienced. We waited well over 1 hour waiting in line to checkin, it was very slow and made worse by not starting processing guests until it was exactly 3pm. This delay caused frustration to many guests, even if the rooms weren’t ready they could’ve processed many and let guests collect their keys and just come back later. For this reason I would not recommend this Hotel.
