This hotel was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The sauna and soaking tub were luxurious including the fans and sauna hats. The karaoke was a fun touch! The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. This hotel had anything and everything you could need with the use of a QR code. The Refa products were an added bonus. The front desk made our celebratory news that much more special despite the language barrier. We can’t wait to come back someday! Proximity to the train station and walking distance to Ginza was awesome

The room was very spacious! They have everything you need! Refa hair dryer, curler, straightener, even Refa hair combs (not one but two!). they provide many towels, the room has sauna and big jacuzzi! they even have karaoke set! Location is superb. I love this hotel!
Just minor where the pillow was too soft for me.

A rather unusual style of hotel where the focus is placed on utmost privacy with very few rooms on each floor, no restaurant and a complimentary breakfast delivered to one´s room. During the four days we were there we only saw the reception staff and no other guests. But the rooms have excellent amenities, including an in-room sauna, private bath/onsen and karaoke machine!
Please note that rooms at least up to the fourth floor have a very limited view to the outside.

When I booked this hotel, I was a bit hesitant since it had no reviews. But all my worries disappeared the moment I saw the room. It was as spacious as advertised, with a clean, working sauna, a roomy wardrobe, a big bathtub, and AC. It all felt so nice. Also the bah robe was dry cleaned!
They should advertise their perks more! There’s karaoke in the room, free drinks in the mini fridge, and a microwave.
One thing I’d like to flag is that the breakfast options should be explained more clearly at check-in. It wasn't clear if this was provided or not in Booking.com.
