Really good-sized room, very well appointed. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee readily available 24/7. Ideal location for exploring Wellington. Parking easy and free. Very friendly host. Superb retro furnishings. Great value for money.
The house has been totally refurbished, but isn't a modern property. That may not suit some. Nothing to worry about!

The continental breakfast had a large selection. The host was easy to talk to and had lots of local knowledge. The shower was awesome
Parking was not that easy as you had to find a space on the street. Not the property's fault, but glad it wasn't raining🙂

Breakfast only had coffee no idea of what was on offer? No idea cooked breakfast not offered, no menu just offered toast, I don't eat cereal, so I gave up going.
