The morning shift front office man (forgot his name) was so very helpful. He guided me to my bus stop helping me with check plane luggage ( 30k for Pacific route) I was carrying to family in Christ Church. This was difficult as I am 70 years old and the trip was a long hard experience for the sake of my family I traveled with checked luggage. I so appreciate his help.
the evening staff were disinterested in helping.
