Simplicity itself.

Central location fantastic of course

No noisy stereo radios in the hall like another hotel I stayed in. Bed's more comfortable than expected.
The constant noise coming from the router room which constantly penetrated the walls of my room. The outside view was just the wall of an adjacent building. The hotel internet banned my personal websites after 24 hours although the rest of the internet worked fine. Next time I would ask for rooms not one of 101-110

Great location at city centre. Comfortable beds and towel included. Bathroom is spacious, with many toilets and showers. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Even on busy days, I found my space in shared areas.

Basic but comfortable room. convenient location.
Very overpriced with different prices for same room on consecutive nights. - $187 and $228 - both way above what worth and what have paid in the past. Staff's answer was daily prices vary according to occupancy and high price blamed on Bookings.com - told could have got much better price from hotel.
