Great central location. Spacious room and friendly staff!
The showerhead pressure while fantastic, if the pressure wasn't adjusted, the overflow of water would pool and leak under the door to the main living area. Once we adjusted the pressure, we had no further issues.

Private hot tub on the roof terrace for the room
No elevator and very narrow staircase difficult with large suitcases
Parking is not in front of the propery (only 2 spots and it costs 25 dollars per night)
Roof terrace could use a renovation and so do the apartment
Little overpriced
Inconvenient layout of the room

Loved the balcony and the proximity to Cuba street
It was a little confusing to check in but we figured it out

It was available.
It’s okay. They take pictures of passports with a phone and it’s kept there. I was told that they erase them after, but a single phone with all the sensitive info is not safe.
No elevator, but at least only 3 flights of stairs. No aircon, but the fan was sufficient.
The toiletries are possibly the worst I’ve used in a hotel, but plenty of towels at least.
I just have gotten way more value out of the price range in other hotels.
