The room was roomy and warm. We had the family room used as a twin. A quiet location. Handy for where we wanted to travel.
The shower head was not fixed well so you couldn't move it or else it would just flop down. The water was warm though and it did the job.
The radiator in the bathroom didn't come on and we could see a way of adjusting it. We left the bathroom door open when it wasn't being used and this did keep the bathroom warm enough

The staff were great and went the extra mile. Getting gluten free cereal and oat milk for breakfast. Food was excellent.

Waitress in the dining very helpful/professional.
Matress was extremely hard and lumpy. Up outside stairs to room. Shower was very small.
