Location was great and there was a large common area to gather in. Blankets on bed were cozy. Individual room thermostats were nice as well.
We were not provided codes for each of the rooms within the house and if you accidentally closed the room door you would be locked out of your room. There was a washing machine but no drying rack so ended up hanging wet clothes on kitchen chairs. Also remnants of food cooking odor in the kitchen which was easily resolved with deodorant spray.

Overall the accommodation had everything we could have asked for. We had a big group which had more than enough room for us all.

Excellent location. Very close to train stop to Airport and also Edinburgh centre. Very spacious communal sitting room /kitchen. Large Smart TV.
Four bedrooms were open to accommodate our group and only one of these had 3 foot single beds. All others had 2foot 6 inch single beds. Very very narrow and meant poor nights sleep. Beds of poor quality also, need updating.
