Loved the pools and that the buffet was super easy with kids
Facilities were great no issues.
Relaxing safe resort was nice to be in.
The knifes and forks in the buffet area your always searching for them as people flog the set out ones. Need to have a option of grabbing your own as you grab dinner.
Drinks were slow going took ages to order drinks.

Beautiful bungalow and villas. Wonderful pool area and an amazing view of the lagoon. Staff were very friendly and relaxed.
Parts of the resort are a bit dated. The food is average though very expensive.

Amazing room location and facilities. Staff were excellent.
No SUP boards for adults, kayaks had holes in the bottom of them. I was put in a massage room right beside someone else even though no other people there.
Could have food labelled if it is gluten free, so we don’t have to ask

The location is beautiful and the over water suite has incredible outlook
Took a very long time to check in, which we did earlier so it would be quick at 2pm( check in time) . That didn't work out as rooms weren't ready and our kids rooms weren't in seperate rooms as confirmed 3 times. We sat waiting for
an hour. During that time we witnessed a clearly very distressed person trying to tell staff she and her daughter had almost drowned and a water sports staff had done nothing to help. They were not deescalating or comforting ( it should have been elevated). Another guest then agressively stepped in threatening her and telling her she should learn to swim and go back to her own country and next time ' she would be 6 feet under'. The wifi was terrible. A lot of Ants in bathrooms . Rubbish and food overflowing in grounds over night and obvious room service being left outside another another room
For over 24 overs. Restaurants very expensive . We chose to go elsewhere. On top of that a significant credit card admin fee applies on top of your standard payment which seems super rich given it's probably the most efficient way for them to recieve payment from visitors and staying in here is not particularly cheap
