Everything is great but just no wifi in the room.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Food was great but a little pricey. If you are elderly or have health issues make sure your accommodation is on the lower areas of the property as a lot of the rooms are high on the hill with steep access paths in areas.

We were a family of 4 and stayed in a Penthouse suite overlooking the water. The view is absolutely amazing. Sunrise and Sunset are divine. The Snorkeling deck is a few mins walk close to the rooms. Basketball, Tennis, Pickle Ball , Pool, Table Tennis were all good. There are 2 large pools - Infinity and Sunset pool. Sunset pool is family friendly. The food is decent (not exceptional) and costs $60 per adult and $30 per child for dinner. Dinner is either a buffet or A La Carte depending on the night. Lunch is A La Carte. Breakfast typically included in the package. Ferry runs all the time, no wait during the day. The Thai Massage/ Restaurant on the mainland is the best food along with Waterfront Restaurant which has music in the evenings.

Property had some great facilities, beach, gym and water sports all positives. Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time.
A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water.
I think it’s too strong to say we regret staying here but I wouldn’t stay again. We had another four days in Vanuatu and moved rather than sought to extend.
