We absolutely loved our three nights at Holiday Inn Resort Vanuatu! Jane, Mayank, Joshua and Belinda at reception were so welcoming and helpful, making us feel cared for from the start.
Our kids loved the Kids Club and the activities provided. We appreciated its availability from 7am to 9pm, offering families great flexibility. The ladies were wonderful with our children.
Clinton and his team were phenomenal! Including breakfast in our booking was a game changer. There was an incredible variety of food and delicious egg dishes. The Spice Night and Asian buffet were mouthwatering!
Kelera, Edna, Melanie and so many others made our mealtimes and visits to the lobby special with their warmth and genuine care. Linda also gave me a wonderfully relaxing massage!
The resort was very clean and well-maintained.
We loved how much the resort prioritised children and their wellbeing. Thank you for such a memorable family stay. We left with full hearts and hope to return one day!
Potentially the connection door in the room. I was worried our kids could be too loud and the people next to our room would hear them. Especially in the early morning or when they cried during the night.

Staff were very helpful, great view, breakfast was good.
Bathroom- to get into the shower, one had to climb into the tub- not like a walk-in shower. Its risky, especially if wet, always have to be very careful when getting in and out of the tub.My colleague got injured on the first night climbing into the tub., plus the wash basin was leaking underneath, and the last 2 days the water leaked to the floor.
Housekeeping,just sweeps the surface(what is visible), but the dust collected under the bed is another story. Only saw this when a pencil rolled under the bed....

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. particularly the guy that works out the front greeting guests, he always came and checked on me while I was waiting in the lobby which I found really nice, especially as a solo traveller. i really enjoyed the nights they held during the week, really made me feel welcome and were a good way to spend my nights.

Nice front desk area and view.
Some room are connected to another room, then you can hear people next door so well even when they cough. Staff aren’t well trained and inefficient. When I was in the room, the toilet seat wasn’t cleaned properly.
