The staff - people are the best contact points for any hotel. And the staff at Bailey’s Millenium are attentive, pleasant, polite and friendly. The upgrade was a pleasant surprise and most welcome. Thank you.

That it was clean and in a good location. The staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful and the breakfast and restaurant was nice and well managed
The room was described as a cosy small double room but I didn’t realise the bed would be so small which we found very off putting and spoilt our stay

"The Deluxe King room was very comfortable- the location across the street from the Gloucester station couldn’t have been more convenient- The doorman were more than helpful."
