Staff service and room and location.
Breakfast was not up to excellent primarily because plates at the buffet kept running outnand we had to ask staff for salt and pepper.

Cozy rooms, friend staff in a very central location.
The breakfast was alright. It’s offers the usual English fry up but but cooked dishes there is a charge.

The staff is super friendly and competent.
Location is perfect
Comfortable bed
Clean
The room we had was tiny with no proper wardrobe. We had to hang our clothes on the bathroom door because the space in the cupboard was not big enough for a shirt.
My husband and I could hardly move at the same time in the room

The location was great staff were friendly
Had to go to a separate area for breakfast, which was a franchise which required additional funding.
